To the attention of the Mayor of Pratdip,
Province of Tarragona
Dear Mr. Mayor,
Following our conversation with the Secretary of your municipality, I have the honor of informing you that I have decided to donate to the Municipality of Pratdip the following properties, which belong to me, in the urbanization Planas del Rey:
- The Olympic swimming pool and the children’s pool, with all their related equipment and services
- The five tennis courts
- The mini-golf
- The well with the pumps
- The roads
- The entire water system, including wells and associated services
- The sewer network
- All the land classified as green areas, with the existing plantations
This donation is made without any intention on my part to benefit in any way from the rights conferred by the Land Law, in my capacity as developer of the Planas del Rey urbanization.
It is clearly understood that all owners of Planas del Rey will have the right to use all the services of the urbanization, managed by the Municipality of Pratdip, by paying the corresponding fees, as demanded by the town hall in the manner it deems appropriate.
Without imposing any conditions, I suggest that the personnel assigned to the services of the urbanization be recruited entirely from among the residents of the municipality of Pratdip.
Furthermore, I ask you to do everything in your power to limit the expenses related to the wastewater treatment plant currently required by the Administration.
I remain at your full disposal to sign any documents and acts necessary for the formalization of this donation. To this end, I will be present in Pratdip on November 22, 23 and 24.
I wish this donation to take effect as of January 1978.
