Excellent news that feels like a victory
Dear members, dear supporters, dear property owners of Planas del Rey,
We have just received excellent news from our lawyer that marks a major step forward in our collective struggle.
By court decision, the Court orders the Town Hall of Pratdip to proceed with the liquidation of the EUCC within a period of 30 days.
A decisive step for property owners
This decision entails several important consequences:
- The reparcelación must be entirely rewritten, as the current terms are based on an entity now undergoing legal liquidation.
- The Town Hall will henceforth have to assume public expenses related to the infrastructure of Planas del Rey: roads, cleaning, etc.
Let us recall that the Town Hall has already acknowledged its obligation to provide minimum public services during the last pleno (Municipal Council meeting).
Support for our legal action
This decision also strengthens our position regarding the criminal complaint filed on January 26, 2022 by our association with the Public Prosecutor.
Since the TSJC appeal ruling of May 14, 2021, in which the Town Hall was dismissed and condemned, things have finally begun to move forward.
