Thank you all for your commitment

Dear neighbors of the municipality of Pratdip,

First of all, I sincerely want to thank everyone who took part in the campaign effort over the past few months.

I also want to express my gratitude to all those who made the choice to vote: to those who came from various parts of the municipality, to those who traveled from abroad to make their voices heard at the polls, and to all those who voted by mail. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Thanks to your mobilization, we have shown that we remain united in our desire for change.

An encouraging result for Avança Pratdip

Last night, at the close of the ballot count, I congratulated the winning team.

It was no easy task, but thanks to AVANÇA PRATDIP, we gained 81 more votes than in the previous election. The result is clear: we more than doubled our vote count, reaching 148 votes, which earned us two seats on the municipal council. This also means that the outgoing majority, united or not, lost a seat.

Let us recall that in the previous legislature, the council had 3 representatives from PDeCAT and 3 from the PSC. Our progress forced those two parties to unite in an attempt to hold on to power.

A mobilization to strengthen

We will now continue our commitment to defend our rights and support the projects we presented during the campaign, with the aim of building a more just, fair, and inclusive municipality for all.

AVANÇA PRATDIP calls on all those who are not yet registered on the electoral roll: register now, make your voice heard. That is what democracy is about: one person, one vote.

On Sunday, 85 registered voters did not turn out. We hope that in the future, they will take part in this essential democratic process.

Also worth noting: 17 blank ballots and 6 invalid votes were recorded.

In conclusion

On my behalf, and above all on behalf of the entire political group AVANÇA PRATDIP, I extend my most sincere thanks.

Let’s keep moving forward together!

With all my respect and gratitude,

Óscar Serrano i Daura
