Dear neighbours,
We are in the final stretch before the municipal elections. And at the Grup D.I.P., we are convinced that this time, things will finally change in Pratdip.
Our priorities for Les Planes del Rei
As stated in our programme, our main goals are to guarantee basic public services in Planas, which means:
- Restoring public lighting
- Restarting the wastewater treatment plant, whatever the cost
- Securing the water supply
- Expanding the upper reservoir
- Repairing all water leaks
- Temporarily fixing the most dangerous streets
- Maintaining the common areas
These are the first measures we will implement. Then, step by step, we will restore dignity to our urbanisation.
Urban planning to rebuild
We will tackle the urban planning problems with courage and determination. We will finally resolve the issues of reparcelling and public works. Because that is what we all want: to put an end to this urban planning chaos.
We are the only group ready to meet the challenge, the only one who truly believes that the solution is within reach. The only group ready to act immediately, to deal with legal complexities and end the deadlock.
We have a roadmap. Because we are the ones most directly affected by the deterioration of Les Planes del Rei. And we have said: “Enough is enough!”
A programme for the whole municipality
Our ambition goes beyond Planas. We also plan to:
- Strengthen fire prevention with the Agrupació de Defensa Forestal
- Maintain the municipality’s paths and trails
- Introduce public transport to neighbouring towns and the train station
- Improve the lives of senior citizens (day centre, activities, housing…)
- Promote youth housing and create new job opportunities
A paradise for all
We now have a great opportunity to win the Pratdip mayoralty and finally carry out these projects.
We are a united group; past misunderstandings are behind us. Our candidacy is the result of unity between Les Planes del Rei and Pratdip, working for the whole municipality.
We want to restore one of the most beautiful urbanisations in Catalonia, and promote Pratdip as it deserves, on social media and beyond.
