Communication from Avança Pratdip
The Executive Committee of Avança Pratdip, in a meeting held on 4.11.2021, decided not to support private initiatives that substitute the responsibilities of the Town Hall, as it is considered that the execution of urbanistic works or repairs on a personal basis does not sufficiently guarantee the necessary safety. It is the exclusive responsibility of the Town Hall to carry out these works, with the supervision of its qualified technicians and the use of adequate means.
Avança Pratdip accepts no responsibility for any incidents that may occur as a result of improper handling of public property.

Der Exekutivausschuss von Avança Pratdip hat in einer Sitzung am 4.11.2021, beschlossen, keine Privatinitiativen zu unterstützen, die die Zuständigkeiten es Rathauses ersetzen, da die Ausführung von städtebaulichen Arbeiten oder Reparaturen auf privater Basis die erforderliche Sicherheit nicht ausreichend gewährleistet. Für die Durchführung dieser Arbeiten ist ausschließlich das Rathaus zuständig, unter der Aufsicht seiner qualifizierten Techniker und unter Einsatz geeigneter Mittel.
Avança Pratdip übernimmt keine Verantwortung für Zwischenfälle, die durch unsachgemässen Umgang mit öffentlichen Eigentum entstehen könnten.

We are owners of a house in Avenida de Pratdip and live in Belgium and are only present in a few times in the year for holidays.
Could someone explain to us what is going on, please ?
What are the private initiatives that some owners are taking ? And what do they try to accomplish with that ?
If the refusal of the maire is reported to the official court, can he not be prosecuted for not executing the sentence of the judge ?
It’s very difficult to understand that he can continue playing with the people of Planas and with the health and safety of all owners in the first place. Everyday that he is not executing the sentence, he should be paying fines. How is it possible that he still can behave ignorant, there are still civilian rights ? We are not in a third world country where corruption is top listed.
From here out in Belgium we cannot understand what is happening and why it is happening ?
Hope that you can give some more clarity on the things that are moving or not moving in Planas.
