Several of you have started receiving negative responses from the Pratdip Town Hall following individual appeals against the reparcelling project.
The speed at which these rejections were issued once again shows that the Town Hall knows how to act… when its own interests are at stake.
What to do? Keep sending appeals
We urge everyone to continue sending their appeal.
The goal is clear: flood the Town Hall to prevent the approval of the reparcelling project, at least until the motions in support of Planas—submitted at the last council meeting on March 12—are voted on.
If these motions are approved during the next Pleno, we could avoid thousands of euros in unjustified charges.
Your participation is essential.
Update – March 24, 2018
Regarding the appeal template that lawyer Gloria Moreno recommended sending after the Town Hall’s letter about the reparcelling, please note that the mayor no longer accepts electronic submissions.
There are now two remaining options:
- Deliver your appeal in person at the reception on the 1st floor of Pratdip Town Hall.
- Send the appeal by registered mail, along with a photocopy of your ID card.
Here you can download the appeal template.
Print it and edit it as needed according to your personal situation.
