On June 19, 2006, the Entitat Urbanística Col·laboradora de Conservació (EUCC) Les Planes del Rei sent a letter to the Mayor of Pratdip in order to obtain the necessary documentation to finalize the registration and rectification of the green areas and common assets of Planas del Rey (Planes del Rei) in the Property Registry, in execution of the judgment of June 3, 2004 (ordinary procedure n°236/2003 of the Juzgado de Primera Instancia n°5 of Reus).
