style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h2>4) Lasten en juridische situatie<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Onderworpen aan een <span class=\"accentue\">\u00abConvenio de Suspensi\u00f3n de Pagos\u00bb<\/span> (procedure van betalingsopschorting \/ voorfaillissement).<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Geen andere lasten<\/span> ingeschreven: geen beslagen, geen hypotheken ten gunste van de Staat of andere schuldeisers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h2>5) Reikwijdte en implicaties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Priv\u00e9karakter<\/span> van de recreatieve voorzieningen (zwembaden, tennis, enz.): niet overgedragen aan de gemeente en niet ge\u00efntegreerd in het openbaar of gemeenschappelijk domein op het moment van inschrijving.<\/li>\n<li>De <span class=\"accentue\">betalingsopschorting<\/span> in <span class=\"accentue\">1986<\/span> toont het economische failliet van de promotor aan, wat de afwezigheid van <span class=\"accentue\">gemeentelijke integratie<\/span> van de infrastructuur in die periode verklaart.<\/li>\n<li>De afwezigheid van andere lasten kan erop wijzen dat de <span class=\"accentue\">gemeente<\/span> geen stappen heeft ondernomen om deze voorzieningen terug te vorderen of er erfdienstbaarheden op te vestigen, ondanks hun <span class=\"accentue\">collectief gebruik<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h2>6) Mogelijke toepassingen in onze acties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Bewijzen<\/span> dat de recreatieve voorzieningen nooit wettelijk aan de gemeente of de EUCC zijn overgedragen.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Documenteren<\/span> dat de faillissementssituatie van de promotor al vroeg bekend was, waardoor het onverantwoord was een <span class=\"accentue\">privaat beheermodel<\/span> via de EUCC te handhaven.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Integreren<\/span> van dit element in het <span class=\"accentue\">historisch en juridisch dossier<\/span> over de ontwikkeling van Planas del Rey en de gemeentelijke tekortkomingen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h3
