Dit document vermeldde:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De kenmerken van uw perceel<\/li>\n<li>De aan uw eigendom toegekende deelnemingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt<\/li>\n<li>Het bedrag van de stedenbouwkundige schuld voor herverkaveling van uw terrein<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Destijds werd deze schuld berekend door het aantal m<sup>2<\/sup> van uw perceel te vermenigvuldigen met ongeveer <span class=\"accentue\">18\u202f\u20ac\/m\u00b2<\/span> (excl. BTW). Dit was het bedrag dat u had moeten betalen als de werken waren uitgevoerd.<\/p>\n<p>Toen dit project in 2012 door de gemeente werd geregistreerd bij het <span class=\"accentue\">Kadaster van Falset<\/span>, werd deze stedenbouwkundige schuld automatisch op uw eigendom ingeschreven.<\/p>\n<p>Sinds <span class=\"accentue\">4 mei 2018<\/span> is de registratie van het herverkavelingsproject van Planas del Rey <span class=\"accentue\">geannuleerd<\/span> door het kadaster. <span class=\"accentue\">Maar de stedenbouwkundige schuld blijft nog steeds ingeschreven<\/span> op de betrokken eigendommen.<\/p>\n<h2>Hoe deze inschrijving laten schrappen?<\/h2>\n<p>Wij raden u sterk aan om het proces te starten om deze <span class=\"accentue\">schuld te laten schrappen<\/span>.
