Wie zijn wij?<\/h1>\n

La Tribune de Planas is een onafhankelijk informatiesite, opgericht door een groep bewoners van Las Planas del Rey (Les Planes del Rei), een urbanisatie in de gemeente Pratdip, in Cataloni\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ons doel is om bewoners te informeren over de juridische situatie van de urbanisatie, haar administratieve geschiedenis en de relatie met het gemeentebestuur van Pratdip, in het bijzonder met betrekking tot gemeentelijke diensten, ruimtelijke ordening en de rechten van eigenaars.<\/p>\n

Onze missie:<\/p>\n

Onze bewonersvereniging \u2014 SOS Planas \u2014 zet zich op een niet-politieke manier in voor zowel plichten als rechten, en baseert zich uitsluitend op de wet en administratieve procedures om erkenning te krijgen dat Les Planes del Rei volledig als administrado van Pratdip wordt beschouwd.<\/p>\n

Vandaag bestaat ons werk erin gebruik te maken van juridische en institutionele middelen om de minimale diensten te verkrijgen waar de urbanisatie recht op heeft, in overeenstemming met de Catalaanse en Spaanse wetgeving.<\/p>\n
