Variable costs for materials, treatment chemicals and specialist machinery used in repairs are charged in addition, at the unit prices specified in the tender, with a discount of 3.50%.<\/p>\n<p>The council describes the contract as an interim solution to ensure continuity of service while a comprehensive service delivery model is defined and implemented.<\/p>\n<p>The contract covers the municipal networks.
