Procurador: Faustino Igualador Peco.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3) Context and subject matter<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Municipality\u2019s request<\/span>: to exclude the association as respondent on the grounds that it was not a party in first instance and had not proven its interest or right.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Subject matter<\/span>: enforcement of decisions related to the <span class=\"accentue\">reparcelling<\/span> of the \u00abPlanes del Rei\u00bb area, following the <span class=\"accentue\">dissolution of the ECU Les Planes del Rei<\/span> (TSJC judgment No. 642 of 21\/07\/2016).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4) Legal grounds<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Article 109.1 LJCA (Law 29\/1998)<\/span>: in enforcement, <span class=\"accentue\">all affected persons<\/span> may intervene, not only those who were parties to the main proceedings.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Presumed affectation<\/span>: the association brings together the <span class=\"accentue\">residents of Planes del Rei<\/span>, whose area coincides with that of the dissolved <span class=\"accentue\">ECU<\/span>;
