This text formally established an entity in charge of the <span class=\"accentue\">conservation<\/span> and <span class=\"accentue\">maintenance<\/span> of the urbanization <span class=\"accentue\">Planas del Rey (Planes del Rei)<\/span>, with statutes and governing bodies. However, this recognition <span class=\"accentue\">contradicted<\/span> earlier judicial decisions (1993, 2001) and a <span class=\"accentue\">legal opinion<\/span> of the Generalitat (1996) reminding
