The act is part of the regulatory procedure (public information, technical reports, handling of allegations) and refers to the <span class=\"accentue\">regulation of the functioning of local entities<\/span> (art. 175).<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h2>1) Nature of the document<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Administrative act<\/span> (and not a judgment), issued by the Town Hall of Pratdip.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Purpose<\/span>: to certify the official adoption of the final approval of the urbanization project.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Procedure followed<\/span>: initial approval, public information, reports from agencies, responses to allegations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2) Purpose and scope of the approval<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Technical scope<\/span>: compliance of the <em>infrastructures<\/em> (roads, networks, water, sanitation, lighting, etc.) of the <span class=\"accentue\">UA Planes del Rei<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Legal scope<\/span>: the approval triggers an <span class=\"accentue\">obligation of execution<\/span> or implementation by the administration, a preliminary step to a possible <span class=\"accentue\">reception<\/span> of the works and the normalization of the status of the urbanization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3) Administrative procedure followed<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Initial approval<\/span>: May 28, 2008.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Public information<\/span>: 1 month (posting and consultations).<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Request to agencies<\/span>: technical opinions (environment, fire safety, water, etc.).<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Allegations<\/span>: reception of observations from individuals (e.g. <em>Christian Peuman, Gonzalez, Bierwirth, Schmidt<\/em>\u2026).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4) Allegations from residents and municipal responses<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Issues raised<\/span>: pipeline layouts, notifications, knowledge of the project, surfaces, justification of the system of action.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Technical responses<\/span>: the town hall points out that the project was <span class=\"accentue\">drafted by the EUCC Les Planes del Rei<\/span> and refers to this entity for the correction\/adaptation of layouts and technical details;
