Col\u00b7laboradora de Conservaci\u00f3 (EUCC)<\/span> Les Planes del Rei sent a letter to the <span class=\"accentue\">Mayor of Pratdip<\/span> in order to obtain the <span class=\"accentue\">necessary documentation<\/span> to finalize the <span class=\"accentue\">registration and rectification<\/span> of the <span class=\"accentue\">green areas and common assets<\/span> of <span class=\"accentue\">Planas del Rey (Planes del Rei)<\/span> in the <span class=\"accentue\">Property Registry<\/span>, in execution of the <span class=\"accentue\">judgment of June 3, 2004<\/span> (ordinary procedure n\u00b0236\/2003 of the Juzgado de Primera Instancia n\u00b05 of Reus).<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h2>1) Nature of the document<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Official letter from the <span class=\"accentue\">EUCC Les Planes del Rei<\/span> addressed to the <span class=\"accentue\">Town Hall of Pratdip<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>Purpose: to obtain the administrative elements needed to regularize the <span class=\"accentue\">registration of the common assets in the Property Registry<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2) Context<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The <span class=\"accentue\">judgment of June 3, 2004<\/span> imposes the rectification of cadastral data concerning green areas and public facilities.<\/li>\n<li>The <span class=\"accentue\">EUCC<\/span> acts as an intermediary to enforce the court decision.<\/li>\n<li>The <span class=\"accentue\">Town Hall of Pratdip<\/span> is requested to provide its <span class=\"accentue\">NIF<\/span> and its <span class=\"accentue\">administrative address<\/span> necessary for registration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3) Analysis<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The letter illustrates the <span class=\"accentue\">passive resistance of the town hall<\/span> to enforce the judgments.<\/li>\n<li>Despite favorable decisions, cadastral regularization does not progress without municipal documents.<\/li>\n<li>This confirms a strategy of <span class=\"accentue\">administrative obstruction<\/span>: neither explicit refusal nor effective cooperation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr
