The letter also proposes, if necessary, to establish a <span class=\"accentue\">management contract<\/span> for the conservation of the green areas between the Town Hall and the EUCC.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h2>1) Nature of the document<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Official letter signed by <span class=\"accentue\">Claude Strens<\/span>, as <span class=\"accentue\">president of the EUCC Les Planes del Rei<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>Recipient: <span class=\"accentue\">Pratdip Town Hall<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>Date: <span class=\"accentue\">March 7, 1994<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>Subject: <span class=\"accentue\">organization of the notarial act<\/span> so that the <span class=\"accentue\">Creditors\u2019 Committee of F. Lebasque<\/span> proceeds with the <span class=\"accentue\">mandatory transfers<\/span> in favor of the municipality.<\/li>\n<li>Announced attachment: <span class=\"accentue\">photocopy of the ruling<\/span> of the Falset Court (<span class=\"accentue\">23\/11\/1993<\/span>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h2>2) Context and background (chronological reminder)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">24\/07\/1986<\/span> \u2013 The <span class=\"accentue\">Generalitat (DG Urbanisme)<\/span>, file 114\/85 (letter no. 1542), ordered the Town Hall to <span class=\"accentue\">obtain the green areas of mandatory transfer<\/span> (reference to the <span class=\"accentue\">Ley del Suelo<\/span>, TRL of <span class=\"accentue\">09\/04\/1976<\/span>, art. <span class=\"accentue\">41, 47 and 91<\/span>).<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">25\/08\/1986<\/span> \u2013 Municipal letter no. 232 to the <span class=\"accentue\">Homeowners\u2019 Association<\/span>, imposing a three-month deadline to formalize the transfers.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">20\/11\/1986<\/span> \u2013 Response from the Association: the <span class=\"accentue\">green areas<\/span> were still registered under <span class=\"accentue\">F. Lebasque<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">27\/12\/1986<\/span> \u2013 Publication in the <span class=\"accentue\">BOP no. 295<\/span> of a municipal <span class=\"accentue\">requerimiento<\/span> addressed to F. Lebasque for the mandatory transfer.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">15\/01\/1988<\/span> \u2013 Municipal letter no. 22 to the <span class=\"accentue\">Creditors\u2019 Committee<\/span> of F. Lebasque to demand the transfer.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">13\/04\/1988<\/span> \u2013 Municipal letter no. 100: approval of the <span class=\"accentue\">constitutive act of the EUCC<\/span> with the <span class=\"accentue\">condition<\/span> that, within <span class=\"accentue\">two years<\/span>, the EUCC must obtain the mandatory transfers.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">23\/10\/1990<\/span> \u2013 The EUCC filed a <span class=\"accentue\">judicial requerimiento<\/span> against the Creditors\u2019 Committee, after failing to obtain the transfer amicably.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">23\/11\/1993<\/span> \u2013 The <span class=\"accentue\">Falset Court<\/span> issued a <span class=\"accentue\">favorable ruling<\/span> for the transfer; a costly procedure for the EUCC but confirming the obligation to transfer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h2>3) Content of the request (7\/03\/1994)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>That the Mayor\u2019s Office <span class=\"accentue\">set a day and time before a notary<\/span> so that the <span class=\"accentue\">Creditors\u2019 Committee of F.
