<span class=\"accentue\">23 July 1986<\/span>, the <span class=\"accentue\">Pratdip Town Hall<\/span> officially notifies the <span class=\"accentue\">community of property owners of Les Planes del Rei<\/span> of the transfer obligations relating to public spaces and facilities.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h2>1) Nature of the document<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Official<\/span> notification sent by the Town Hall to the community of property owners of <span class=\"accentue\">Les Planes del Rei<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>Purpose: implementation of the urban planning agreement approved on <span class=\"accentue\">23 July 1986<\/span> by the Tarragona Urban Planning Commission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h2>2) Key content<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Mandatory and free transfers<\/span> of the <span class=\"accentue\">green areas<\/span> and <span class=\"accentue\">public facilities<\/span> to the Town Hall.<\/li>\n<li>These transfers must be <span class=\"accentue\">formalised by escritura p\u00fablica<\/span> (notarial deed).<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Maximum period<\/span>: <span class=\"accentue\">three months<\/span> from the date of notification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h2>3) Legal scope<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Confirmation<\/span> of the legal obligation of transfer imposed by the 1986 urban planning agreement.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Official notification<\/span> to the owners: the community is required to hand over green areas and facilities to the Town Hall within the allotted time and by notarial deed.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Legal bases recalled<\/span>: <span class=\"accentue\">Llei del S\u00f2l<\/span> and <span class=\"accentue\">Llei de Bases de l\u2019Ordenaci\u00f3 Urban\u00edstica de Catalunya<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h2>4) What this document confirms<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">The obligation of transfer did indeed exist in 1986<\/span> and was formally reiterated.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">The Town Hall officially notified<\/span> the owners, proving the administrative commitment.<\/li>\n<li>If not carried out within the three-month
