<span class=\"accentue\">Tarragona Urban Planning Commission<\/span> definitively approved the revised text of the <span class=\"accentue\">Normes Subsidi\u00e0ries de Planejament (NSP)<\/span> of Pratdip and required, for the urbanisation <span class=\"accentue\">Les Planes del Rei (Planas del Rey)<\/span>, the <span class=\"accentue\">mandatory and free transfer<\/span> to the town hall of the land and elements to be transferred (public spaces, facilities, infrastructure), within a <span class=\"accentue\">three-month period<\/span> from this approval.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h2>1) Nature and scope of the document<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Official agreement adopted at the <span class=\"accentue\">23 July 1986<\/span> session by the Tarragona Urban Planning Commission.<\/li>\n<li>Purpose: implementation of the <span class=\"accentue\">NSP of Pratdip<\/span> and specific requirements for <span class=\"accentue\">Les Planes del Rei<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h2>2) Specific provision for Les Planes del Rei<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Mandatory and free transfer<\/span> in favour of the <span class=\"accentue\">Pratdip Town Hall<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>Scope: <span class=\"accentue\">land to be transferred<\/span> (public spaces, facilities, infrastructure).<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Mandatory deadline<\/span>: <span class=\"accentue\">3 months<\/span> from <span class=\"accentue\">23 July 1986<\/span> (until the end of <span class=\"accentue\">October 1986<\/span>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h2>3) Obligations of the Pratdip Town Hall<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Notify<\/span> the agreement to the interested parties (developer, community, etc.).<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Justify<\/span> to the Commission that this notification has been carried out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h2>4) Legal implications for Planas del Rey<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The <span class=\"accentue\">integration<\/span> of the urbanisation into the municipality was <span class=\"accentue\">planned and confirmed<\/span> by regional urban planning in 1986.<\/li>\n<li>The <span class=\"accentue\">three-month period<\/span> is a <span class=\"accentue\">precise legal requirement<\/span> to complete the transfers.<\/li>\n<li>If not carried out, it constitutes a <span class=\"accentue\">breach<\/span> of the obligations arising from
