belonging to <span class=\"accentue\">Francisco Lebasque<\/span>, developer of the <span class=\"accentue\">Planas del Rey<\/span> urbanisation.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h2>1) Purpose and source of the document<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Purpose<\/span>: transmission to the owners of the <span class=\"accentue\">registration data<\/span> related to Property pool<\/span> with filtration system and diving board.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Children\u2019s pool<\/span> with changing rooms.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Five tennis courts<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Mini-golf<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Gardens<\/span> and <span class=\"accentue\">children\u2019s playground<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h2>4) Charges and legal status<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Subject to a <span class=\"accentue\">&#8220;Convenio de Suspensi\u00f3n de Pagos&#8221;<\/span> (procedure equivalent to bankruptcy protection \/ pre-bankruptcy).<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">No other charges<\/span> registered: no seizures, no mortgages in favour of the State or other creditors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h2>5) Scope and implications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">Private nature<\/span> of leisure facilities (pools, tennis, etc.): not transferred to the town hall, nor integrated into the public or community domain at the time of registration.<\/li>\n<li>The <span class=\"accentue\">suspension of payments<\/span> in <span class=\"accentue\">1986<\/span> reveals the developer\u2019s financial insolvency, explaining the lack of <span class=\"accentue\">municipal integration<\/span> of the infrastructure at that time.<\/li>\n<li>The absence of other charges may indicate that the <span class=\"accentue\">town hall<\/span> did not take steps to recover these facilities or register easements, despite their <span class=\"accentue\">collective use<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h2>6) Possible uses in our actions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span
