These are not just dusty archives, but court rulings, official documents and concrete facts that shed light, better than any political speech, on the current situation in Planas del Rey.<\/p>\n<p>Because if Planas finds itself in a deadlock today, it is above all the result of decades of manoeuvres, denial and inaction, despite the mounting evidence.<\/p>\n<h2>What these documents remind us of:<\/h2>\n<p>As early as 1968, the developer <span class=\"accentue\">Francisco Lebasque<\/span> transferred the common areas to the Pratdip town hall.<\/p>\n<p>In 1988, the town hall imposed the creation of the <span class=\"accentue\">EUCC (Urban Conservation and Collaboration Entity)<\/span>, plunging residents into a hybrid and controversial system.<\/p>\n<p>The courts, on several occasions, reminded that the infrastructure should be handed over to the town hall.<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, the municipality ignored these rulings or signed ambiguous agreements with the EUCC.<\/p>\n<p>Until, in 2016, the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia finally put an end to the existence of the EUCC.<\/p>\n<p>All these facts are now available, explained and documented in these
