Already in <span class=\"accentue\">2004<\/span>, a court ordered Pratdip to regularize part of the land in our urbanization. <span class=\"accentue\">Twenty years later<\/span>, local officials still claim that Planas does not belong to them. How long will this <span class=\"accentue\">denial of reality<\/span> be allowed to continue?<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom:30px;\"\/>\n<h2>2004: The court (partially) corrects the organized illegality<\/h2>\n<p>For those who may have forgotten: in <span class=\"accentue\">June 2004<\/span>, the <span class=\"accentue\">Reus Court<\/span> resolved a long-standing dispute inherited from the developer <span class=\"accentue\">Francis Lebasque<\/span>, who abandoned Planas back in the 1960s. At the time, the common areas \u2014 roads, green spaces, and even sports facilities \u2014 remained registered in his name due to the absence of an official transfer.<\/p>\n<p>Faced with this absurd situation, the <span class=\"accentue\">EUCC<\/span> took the matter to court. And the answer was clear:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plot <span class=\"accentue\">1169<\/span> had to be rectified to be recognized as <span class=\"accentue\">roads and green spaces belonging to the Town Hall<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>Plot <span class=\"accentue\">1331<\/span> had to be registered in the name of the <span class=\"accentue\">Pratdip Town Hall<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In other words: even without <span class=\"accentue\">official reception<\/span>, the Town Hall was forced to assume part of its <span class=\"accentue\">responsibilities<\/span>. The court acknowledged that <span class=\"accentue\">Pratdip is indeed involved in the management of Planas&#8217; land<\/span>.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom:30px;\"\/>\n<h2>The Town Hall prefers to erase history<\/h2>\n<p>What has the Town Hall done since then? <span class=\"accentue\">Nothing<\/span>. Or worse: <span class=\"accentue\">they lie!<\/span><br \/>\nIn every interview and meeting, we hear the same old excuse:<\/p>\n<p class=\"accentue\"><em>&#8220;Planas has never been officially received, therefore the municipality is not responsible.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>And yet, the courts have ordered property to be registered in the name of the municipality. And yet, the roads and green spaces are <span class=\"accentue\">officially declared<\/span> as belonging to the Town Hall.<\/p>\n<p>The reality is that successive officials \u2014 whether <span class=\"accentue\">Fortuny, Montan\u00e9, Rovira, or Carrillo<\/span> \u2014 have chosen <span class=\"accentue\">forgetfulness, lies<\/span>, and <span class=\"accentue\">inaction<\/span>. They have never fulfilled the obligations imposed by this ruling.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom:30px;\"\/>\n<h2>Planas: abandoned territory or deliberately lawless zone?<\/h2>\n<p>To this day, residents are left without <span class=\"accentue\">decent public services<\/span>, without <span class=\"accentue\">maintenance<\/span>, facing <span class=\"accentue\">sewage leaks<\/span> and <span class=\"accentue\">crumbling roads<\/span>. And the Town Hall shamelessly claims that it is <span class=\"accentue\">not their problem<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>What more is needed? There have been <span class=\"accentue\">court rulings<\/span>. <span class=\"accentue\">The evidence keeps piling up<\/span>. Planas is not some <span class=\"accentue\">ghost territory<\/span> outside the rule of law: it is an urbanization <span class=\"accentue\">deliberately abandoned by the authorities<\/span>.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom:30px;\"\/>\n<h2>Pratdip will have to answer for its actions<\/h2>\n<p>Sooner or later, the <span class=\"accentue\">truth<\/span> will come to light.
