Dear neighbours,<\/p>\n
We are in the final stretch before the municipal elections. And at the Grup D.I.P.<\/span>, we are convinced that this time, things will finally change in Pratdip<\/span>.<\/p>\n As stated in our programme, our main goals are to guarantee basic public services<\/span> in Planas, which means:<\/p>\n These are the first measures we will implement. Then, step by step, we will restore dignity to our urbanisation.<\/p>\n We will tackle the urban planning problems with courage and determination<\/span>. We will finally resolve the issues of reparcelling and public works. Because that is what we all want: to put an end to this urban planning chaos<\/span>.<\/p>\n We are the only group ready to meet the challenge, the only one who truly believes that the solution is within reach. The only group ready to act immediately, to deal with legal complexities and end the deadlock<\/span>.<\/p>\n We have a roadmap. Because we are the ones most directly affected by the deterioration of Les Planes del Rei. And we have said: \u201cEnough is enough!\u201d<\/p>\n Our ambition goes beyond Planas. We also plan to:<\/p>\n We now have a great opportunity to win the Pratdip mayoralty and finally carry out these projects<\/span>.<\/p>\n We are a united group; past misunderstandings are behind us.
