A new plea in favor of a \u201ccommunity of property owners\u201d<\/h2>\n

Dear members, dear supporters, dear property owners of Planas del Rey,<\/p>\n

A member of the group Unidos Planes del Rei<\/span> recently published a text calling for the creation of a community of property owners<\/span> in Planas del Rey.<\/p>\n

For more than ten years, we have rarely agreed with this association, and once again, we wish to respond calmly, as long as our freedom of expression is not silenced by repeated legal threats<\/span>.<\/p>\n

\n

1. \u201cThe community would not be in charge of maintaining Planas\u201d<\/h2>\n

You claim that this new community would not be responsible for maintaining Planas<\/span>, unlike the former EUCC, and that this would be clearly stated in its bylaws.<\/p>\n

Since 2013, your positions have changed so many times that many people doubt your consistency. And even if we still make the effort to believe you, your closeness to the Town Hall<\/span> raises questions.<\/p>\n

The same Town Hall has just approved the reparcelaci\u00f3n project once again<\/span>. Let\u2019s wait and see what the Falset Registry decides\u2026<\/p>\n

\n

2. \u201cCreating a community is normal when there are shared elements\u201d<\/h2>\n

FALSE<\/span>.<\/p>\n

In L\u2019Hospitalet de l\u2019Infant, Mont-roig del Camp, Cambrils\u2026 there are many shared elements, yet no community of property owners has ever been imposed<\/span>.<\/p>\n

In Planas, we own our houses<\/span> and nothing more. We are not co-owners or timeshare owners<\/span>.<\/p>\n

The green areas, roads, pools, and infrastructure<\/span> (representing 45% of the territory) are owned by the Town Hall.<\/p>\n

We are not a private urbanization<\/span>.<\/p>\n

\n

3. \u201cThe community would democratically represent all owners\u201d<\/h2>\n

This would be a luxury of democracy: the ability to choose between different structures to represent residents.<\/p>\n

Some will choose AVPR \u2013 SOS Planas<\/span>, convinced by our legal victories over the past 12 years<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Others will prefer Unidos<\/span>, believing that a nice meal with friends<\/span> is enough to solve Planas\u2019 problems \u2013 despite the lack of results since 2013<\/span>.<\/p>\n

And when municipal elections come, we will all be able to vote for our party: Avan\u00e7a Pratdip<\/span>, and support our brave councillors (regidores)<\/span>, hoping to see them one day achieve a majority.<\/p>\n

But what you propose is the end of pluralism<\/span>. It\u2019s a single party system<\/span>, the gateway to all dictatorships.<\/p>\n

\n

4. \u201cA stronger force against the Town Hall\u201d<\/h2>\n

The only force the Town Hall recognizes<\/span> is justice<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Without the ruling of July 21, 2016<\/span>, we would still be paying taxes to the EUCC \u2014 around \u20ac1,200 per house<\/span>, plus water and waste fees.<\/p>\n

The EUCC\u2019s annual budget exceeded \u20ac230,000<\/span>, amounting to nearly \u20ac1.4 million saved since 2016<\/span>.<\/p>\n

\n

5. \u201cAn association cannot represent all property owners\u201d<\/h2>\n
