Dear members, dear supporters, dear property owners of Planas del Rey,<\/p>\n
We would like to inform you of the developments in our legal actions and recent events.<\/p>\n
First of all, the Mayor of Pratdip and the municipal Secretary<\/span> did not attend the hearing scheduled for July 4<\/span> before the judge, both citing sick leave.<\/p>\n However, it is worth noting that they were present at the municipal council meeting on Friday, July 1<\/span>, just three days earlier.<\/p>\n We are therefore awaiting a new hearing date<\/span>.<\/p>\n We have also learned that the reparcelaci\u00f3n project was approved on July 1, 2022<\/span> by the municipal council.<\/p>\n During this meeting, the two councilors from Avan\u00e7a Pratdip (AVP)<\/span> were present, but did not take part in the vote<\/span>. And for good reason: this item was not on the agenda<\/span> and was not submitted for a vote during the session<\/span>.<\/p>\n
