The Tribunal has ruled it admissible and summoned the two defendants for a <span class=\"accentue\">hearing on July 4, 2022<\/span>.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h2>A worrying attitude from Pratdip Town Hall<\/h2>\n<p>Several other elements confirm the seriousness of the situation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Despite a <span class=\"accentue\">clear court order<\/span>, the Town Hall still has not proceeded with the <span class=\"accentue\">liquidation of the EUCC<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>It has not even bothered to <span class=\"accentue\">collect the registered letter from the Court<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Faced with this inaction, the judges appear to be losing patience. Below is a key excerpt from the latest court decision:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n  \u201cVisto el estado de las actuaciones, el requerimiento efectuado por \u00e9ste Juzgado a la representaci\u00f3n procesal entonces de la Entidad Urban\u00edstica Colaboradora de Conservaci\u00f3n de la Urbanizaci\u00f3n Planas del Rey y los problemas que se est\u00e1n teniendo para la recepci\u00f3n del requerimiento de forma directa por la citada Entidad Urban\u00edstica Colaboradora de Conservaci\u00f3n, atendido que el Ayuntamiento de Pratdip forma parte de la misma y tiene la funci\u00f3n de tutelar sobre la misma, requi\u00e9rasele a fin de que en el plazo de 1 mes informe a \u00e9ste Juzgado si tiene constancia de la creaci\u00f3n del \u00f3rgano de liquidaci\u00f3n y del inicio de la misma, tal como se acord\u00f3 en auto de fecha 14-02-2022 en incidente de ejecuci\u00f3n n.\u00ba 93\/21, dimanante de \u00e9ste ejecuci\u00f3n.\u201d\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This court ruling is significant: it clearly confirms that <span class=\"accentue\">the Town Hall of Pratdip holds administrative authority<\/span> over the now-defunct EUCC.
