On February 27, 2021, the Pratdip Town Hall merely registered a notice of file initiation. This notice is valid for three years \u2014 the maximum time allowed for the Town Hall to officially submit a final project for registration.<\/li>\n<li>The final project may only be submitted once all appeals submitted by property owners have been resolved.<\/li>\n<li>The charges associated with the properties are not valid. They are solely informative and not definitive. Therefore, they do not constitute actual charges, but rather a simple warning indicating the Town Hall&#8217;s intention to file a project \u2014 an intention that, to date, has not materialized. No certificate of charges currently exists, since no property is officially encumbered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the final project is submitted, any procedural error or inaccuracy in the description of the properties will lead to its outright rejection by the Property Registry.<\/p>\n<p>Once the final project has been submitted \u2014 and the appeals properly addressed \u2014 the Registry will accept the observations and objections prepared by the owners for evaluation and possible inclusion in the project.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom:30px;\"\/>\n<h2>A Scenario Reminiscent of 2012<\/h2>\n<p>This situation is not unlike what happened in 2012, when a reparcelling project was also announced and then abandoned.
