A Clear Reminder of Municipal Responsibilities<\/h2>\n

The executive committee of Avan\u00e7a Pratdip<\/span>, meeting on November 4, 2021<\/span>, adopted the following position regarding private interventions in the Les Planes del Rei urbanization.<\/p>\n

Safety First<\/h3>\n

Avan\u00e7a Pratdip considers that works or repairs carried out privately<\/span> on public roads or collective infrastructure do not guarantee the necessary safety<\/span> for residents.<\/p>\n

It is therefore reiterated that the execution of such works is the exclusive responsibility of the Town Hall<\/span>. Any substitution by individuals, even if well-intentioned, is inappropriate and risky.<\/p>\n

An Official Position<\/h3>\n

As a result, Avan\u00e7a Pratdip announces that it will not support any private initiative<\/span> aimed at replacing municipal action in this area.<\/p>\n

The party also disclaims any responsibility in case of incidents<\/span> resulting from unauthorized intervention on public property.<\/p>\n
