Start of maintenance work in the urbanisation<\/h3>\n
Starting Monday, municipal workers will begin cleaning Pratdip and Planes del Rei<\/span>. They will also assess the condition of green spaces and the automatic irrigation system. If any faults are found, they will be repaired.<\/p>\n This gesture reflects a willingness for harmony<\/span> and dialogue from the Municipal Council (Junts per Catalunya), who are reaching out to the residents of our urbanisation. While some differences remain, we are continuing our efforts to bridge the gap<\/span> and find sustainable solutions for Planes del Rei.<\/p>\n Technical services have been commissioned to update the renovation project<\/span> for the urbanisation. This includes revising the budget and planning the works, which may be carried out in phases. We will request a meeting as soon as the technical review begins.<\/p>\n In response to a request from Avan\u00e7a Pratdip<\/em>, supported by several residents, the Town Hall has removed a hazardous pine tree<\/span> located on private property on Calle Lirio.<\/p>\n Councillor Jordi Pag\u00e1n expressed his commitment to finding a solution to the school transport issue<\/span> for students from Planes del Rei and Pratdip who wish to study in L\u2019Hospitalet rather than Montroig. A meeting will be organised shortly with the families concerned.<\/p>\n Discussions with the Town Hall are ongoing regarding public lighting<\/span> in the streets of Planas. This dialogue includes SOS Planes, Unidos 2020, and the former EUCC currently in liquidation.<\/p>\n The increase in waste collection charges<\/span> was approved along with the 2019 budget. It was imposed on all Baix Camp municipalities by the company Secomsa to offset the lack of recycling<\/span> by residents.<\/p>\n We have requested that the Municipal Council organise another meeting with all representative groups from Planes del Rei. It is expected to take place next week<\/span>.
