All public and private persons and entities must provide the cooperation required by the judges to ensure its execution, in accordance with Article 103, Sections 2 and 3, of Law 29\/1998.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And they added:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat is ordered in the final judgment is the <span class=\"accentue\">dissolution of the Urban Conservation Entity of Planes del Rei (EUCC)<\/span>. The Pratdip Town Council must provide all necessary assistance to carry out this enforcement, without initiating any new procedure.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is <span class=\"accentue\">not necessary for the Town Council to adopt a prior act<\/span> declaring the dissolution of the EUCC. This dissolution was already ruled by the judgment of <span class=\"accentue\">21 July 2016<\/span>, which the council must simply implement by adopting the necessary acts for its effective execution.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cContrary to what the council claims, there is no inconsistency in the <em>Consejo Rector<\/em> of the EUCC (governing body) becoming its own liquidation body, as provided by Article 195.3 of the Urban Planning Regulation.
