A Victory for Planes del Rei<\/h2>\n

Dear members, supporters, and neighbors,<\/p>\n

On May 7, 2021, after three long years of legal proceedings<\/span>, the court delivered its verdict: the Pratdip Town Hall lost its appeal<\/span> and was ordered to pay the legal costs.<\/p>\n

The ruling of July 21, 2016<\/span>, now final, mandates the dissolution of the EUCC<\/span> and requires the Town Hall to address all resulting consequences, without any restrictions<\/span>.<\/p>\n

\n

Twelve Years of Struggle Acknowledged<\/h2>\n

This decision is a major victory<\/span> for our association, the Asociaci\u00f3n de Vecinos de Planes del Rei (SOS Planas)<\/em>, after twelve years of determined struggle<\/span> and civic resistance.<\/p>\n

It is also a victory for all the residents of Planes del Rei<\/span>, who have long been calling for justice and respect.<\/p>\n

A Change in Municipal Attitude?<\/h2>\n
