As clarified by the mayor, this reception includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the swimming pool<\/li>\n<li>the tennis courts<\/li>\n<li>the football field<\/li>\n<li>the children&#8217;s playground<\/li>\n<li>the parking area<\/li>\n<li>the green area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This decision is based on a favourable report by Mr. Frederic, a technician from the <em>Consell Comarcal del Baix Camp<\/em>, assigned to several municipalities.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h2>Main Elements of the Technical Report<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The received area corresponds to the cadastral property <span class=\"accentue\">3741626CF2434S0001AB<\/span>, classified as urban land.<\/li>\n<li>The municipality justifies this reception due to the need to properly manage the facilities <span class=\"accentue\">following the dissolution of the EUCC<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>The roads and green spaces have already been transferred to the municipality and are included in the definitively approved reparceling project, although still pending registration in the Property Registry.<\/li>\n<li>The sports area has remained operational and the town hall has contributed to its maintenance (notably the swimming pool).<\/li>\n<li>The property is registered under the municipality, the facilities are functional, and no new work is planned beyond the regular maintenance already handled by the town hall.<\/li>\n<li>The urban development project does not include additional work on this area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In summary, this reception enables the town hall to ensure the maintenance and safety of the area with all necessary guarantees.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" \/>\n<h2>A Step Forward for Planas del Rey<\/h2>\n<p>The vote was <span class=\"accentue\">unanimously approved<\/span> by the councillors.
