The Pratdip Town Council has sent out the new water bills to residents. For now, no increase has been observed<\/span>, despite the new agreement signed with the company Comaigua.<\/p>\n \u00d3scar Serrano nevertheless emphasizes that we must remain vigilant when receiving future bills<\/span>, as a price increase could occur in the future.<\/p>\n Our representative Gl\u00f2ria Moreno officially requested permission from the Town Hall for \u201cAvan\u00e7a Pratdip\u201d to use the former EUCC premises. The response from the municipal council was negative<\/span>.<\/p>\n According to the Town Hall, as long as the legal status of the Les Planes del Rei entity remains unresolved, granting such a use is not appropriate.<\/p>\n Several questions arise regarding the management of the tennis courts:<\/p>\n We will investigate<\/span> to obtain clear answers.<\/p>\n We stress the importance of structuring and energizing the working groups<\/span>. Meetings must be regular and in accordance with the party\u2019s statutes<\/span> to ensure effectiveness and continuity.<\/p>\n Jos\u00e9 Pescador mentions the proposal of the \u201cCivic Platform\u201d to stop paying the municipal IBI<\/span> and to resort to judicial deposits<\/span>.<\/p>\n It was agreed to research case law<\/span> regarding non-payment of the IBI in cases of municipal service failure, and to present this proposal again at the next general assembly of Avan\u00e7a Pratdip.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" 1.
