This document included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The characteristics of your plot<\/li>\n<li>The participation coefficient assigned to your property<\/li>\n<li>The amount of urban development debt corresponding to your land<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At that time, this debt was calculated by multiplying the number of square meters of your plot by approximately <span class=\"accentue\">\u20ac18\/m\u00b2<\/span> (excluding VAT). This was the amount you would have had to pay if the works had been carried out.<\/p>\n<p>When the Town Hall registered this project with the <span class=\"accentue\">Land Registry of Falset<\/span> in 2012, the debt was automatically recorded against your property.<\/p>\n<p>Since <span class=\"accentue\">4 May 2018<\/span>, the registration of the reparcelling project for Planas del Rey has been <span class=\"accentue\">cancelled<\/span> by the registry. <span class=\"accentue\">However, the urban development debt remains recorded<\/span> against the affected properties.<\/p>\n<h2>How to cancel this registration?<\/h2>\n<p>We strongly recommend that you start the procedure to <span class=\"accentue\">cancel this debt<\/span>.
