Report on the Situation in Planas \u2013 January 19, 2018<\/h2>\n

Hello everyone,<\/p>\n

I would like to warmly thank all those who helped us repair the water outage we faced at the beginning of this year. Thanks to those who took to the streets, who protested, denounced, and bravely stood up. A special thank you as well to all the property owners living abroad who showed us their support from day one.<\/p>\n

Since January 9 \u2014 the day before the municipal council meeting \u2014 the Comaigua workers have been on-site. I have followed the progress of the work throughout the week. Today, I can confirm that the well, the four tanks, the electrical system, chlorination, and the entire network are now checked daily to ensure proper water flow and pressure in all our homes.<\/p>\n

As I\u2019ve said before, and I\u2019ll say again: none of this would have been possible without the collective pressure we all applied. Thank you for your mobilization.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, I would like to inform you that yesterday, January 18, I submitted several proposals to be voted on at the next municipal council meeting. One of them directly addresses the water issue, with the aim of implementing lasting solutions.<\/p>\n

The media continue to report on our situation. TV3 Catalunya, Canal Reus TV, Catalunya R\u00e0dio, El Diari de Tarragona, and many others contact me regularly to stay updated on the developments.<\/p>\n

We are also awaiting responses from other public institutions, where we will continue to expose the concerning reality of our urbanization.<\/p>\n
