A document dated 28 October 1977<\/span> provides new evidence of the desire to fully integrate the Planas del Rey development into the municipality of Pratdip. This certificate of donation<\/span>, signed by the promoter Francisco Lebasque Belloncle<\/span>, formalises the free transfer of several plots<\/span> to the Town Hall.<\/p>\n

A transfer of public spaces<\/h2>\n

In this document, Francisco Lebasque, as the promoter of the development, offers the roads, green areas, and public infrastructures<\/span> of Planas del Rey to the municipality. These plots are clearly intended to become municipal property<\/span>, so that the Town Hall can manage, maintain, and provide the associated services (roads, lighting, water, sewage, etc.).<\/p>\n

Most importantly, it confirms that the responsibility of the Town Hall is engaged<\/span>, despite its ongoing refusal to fulfil its obligations.<\/p>\n
