This intention concerned in particular:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The roads and streets<\/li>\n<li>The drinking water network<\/li>\n<li>The sewage system<\/li>\n<li>Public lighting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Soon after, the developer at the time, <span class=\"accentue\">Francisco Lebasque Belloncle<\/span>, supported this initiative in writing, officially asking the municipality to take over the management of these infrastructures, as well as other services such as waste collection, security, and the management of communal areas.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom:30px;\"\/>\n<h2>A Principle Agreement from the Municipality<\/h2>\n<p>In response to these requests, the municipal council of Pratdip met and, on <span class=\"accentue\">18 October 1968<\/span>, decided to <span class=\"accentue\">agree in principle<\/span> to take over the public services of Planas del Rey. This decision was to come into effect on <span class=\"accentue\">12 January 1969<\/span>, subject to a technical and administrative opinion from the <span class=\"accentue\">Provincial Service of Inspection and Assistance to Local Corporations<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>In his letter dated <span class=\"accentue\">23 December 1968<\/span>, the mayor personally notified this decision to the competent authorities and requested their official opinion.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom:30px;\"\/>\n<h2>An Integration That Remained Incomplete<\/h2>\n<p>While this document clearly proves that the process did take place, it also highlights a key element: the municipality&#8217;s acceptance was conditional.
