Regarding the latest letter from the Pratdip Town Hall<\/span><\/p>\n Dear property owners,<\/p>\n Following the recent letter sent by the Pratdip Town Hall<\/span>, which some of you received by registered mail and others by hand (with insistence on immediate signature), we wish to provide some essential clarifications<\/span>.<\/p>\n The Pratdip Town Hall refuses to provide the minimum services<\/span> we are entitled to. And it is doing everything possible to evade this responsibility.<\/p>\n Rather than fulfilling its duties, it seeks to force us to carry out works<\/span>, as if the EUCC still existed<\/span>:<\/p>\n To justify its position, the Town Hall continues to claim that:<\/p>\n The convention<\/span> is still valid<\/p>\n The reparcellation<\/span> project has been approved by the Urban Planning Directorate and the Tarragona Land Registry<\/p>\n But a major obstacle remains<\/span>: Even worse: It is unacceptable that the Town Hall, to whom we pay the IBI tax every year<\/span>, continues to shirk its basic responsibilities.<\/p>\n We are fully entitled to expect at least minimum services in return<\/span>.<\/p>\n The act of signing or not signing<\/span> the letter in no way implies your agreement<\/span> with its content.<\/p>\n You have 30 days<\/span> from receipt to file an appeal<\/span>.<\/p>\n If you do sign, date the document clearly<\/span> to avoid any ambiguity.<\/p>\n Thanks to Mr. Oscar Serrano<\/span>, municipal councillor, who took the initiative to meet with an official from the Falset land registry 48 hours after receiving the letter<\/span>, we learned that:<\/p>\n

\nA strategy based on questionable claims<\/h2>\n
\nThe Falset land registry office<\/span> (cadastre), which refuses to register the project<\/span> due to the numerous irregularities it contains.<\/p>\n
\nThe Town Hall has never informed this office that the EUCC has been dissolved<\/span> \u2014 which we ourselves had to do urgently.<\/p>\n
