Jos\u00e9 Maria Rovira begins by describing the situation in Planas as \u201cchaotic\u201d \u2014 a statement the editorial team qualifies*.
\nHe states that reinvestment in the urbanization is necessary and should be proportional to the number of property owners:<\/p>\n

Jos\u00e9 Maria Rovira states that the PSC will support all 8 motions at the next Pleno and emphasizes the importance of addressing them quickly, given their urgency for Planas. Gloria Moreno warns against the draft water contract the council wishes to sign with Comaigua, calling it disastrous<\/span> for Planas owners. Antonio Polo reminds the audience that former PSC mayor Mr. Montan\u00e9 had always stated he would only invest in Planas with official subsidies \u2014 and nothing more. He advises caution regarding current promises.<\/p>\n Jos\u00e9 Maria Rovira declares that CiU deceived the property owners of Planas<\/span> by not honoring the agreement signed with Unidos.<\/p>\n Oscar Serrano thanks Rovira for his visit and hopes the commitments made will be followed by concrete action at the next municipal council meeting.<\/p>\n
\nAccording to him, there is no reason for the current council to refuse investing in a private urbanization, especially since official subsidies have always been granted. He adds that, to his knowledge, no Catalan mayor has ever been imprisoned<\/span> for investing in such a project, contrary to what the current mayor claims.<\/p>\n
