This official recognition removes all ambiguity: the EUCC no longer exists, neither legally nor administratively.<\/p>\n<p>It is now up to the <span class=\"accentue\">municipality of Pratdip<\/span> to draw all the necessary conclusions from this dissolution. This notably means:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">The definitive elimination of any management or funding mechanism related to the former EUCC<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"accentue\">The immediate assumption of minimum public services in Planes del Rei<\/span>: public lighting, roads, water, waste collection\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This document is an important victory for the residents of Planes del Rei and for all those who have been mobilized for years. <span class=\"accentue\">Legality is on our side<\/span>.
