La Tribune de Planas is an independent information website created by a group of residents of Las Planas del Rey (Les Planes del Rei), an urbanisation located in the municipality of Pratdip, in Catalonia.<\/p>\n
Our aim is to inform residents about the legal situation of the urbanisation, its administrative history, and its relationship with the Pratdip Town Hall, particularly regarding municipal services, urban planning and the rights of property owners.<\/p>\n
Our mission:<\/p>\n
Committed to defending both its duties and its rights, our residents\u2019 association \u2014 SOS Planas \u2014 operates in a non-political manner and relies exclusively on legality and administrative procedures to ensure that Les Planes del Rei is recognised as a full-fledged administrado of Pratdip.<\/p>\n
Today, our work consists of using legal and institutional tools to obtain the minimum services to which the urbanisation is entitled, in accordance with Catalan and Spanish legislation.<\/p>\n
