The period from 1964 to 1999 covers the first major stages in the planning and administrative history of Planas del Rey: the approval of the Partial Plan, the development\u2019s incomplete construction, successive attempts to transfer land and infrastructure to Pratdip Town Council, and the establishment of the EUCC.<\/p>\n
The documents also show how questions concerning land ownership, the maintenance of services and the formal acceptance of the infrastructure led to further administrative and legal proceedings. The 1993 court ruling, the assessment of the outstanding works in 1998 and the 1999 funding agreement mark the final stages of this period.<\/p>\n
These archives make it possible to follow this development document by document, understand the relationships between the developer, the property owners, the EUCC and the Town Council, and distinguish between the legal transfer of land, the maintenance of services, the completion of outstanding works and the municipality\u2019s formal acceptance of the development.<\/p>\n
